Millenium Point flat arched

I saw a flat arched, yet with full kit on, morrettes (if i remember correctly) and a lovely custom paint job (forgotten the name, but it changes the colour it looks as it drives past aka purple, with blue) it was an awesome flat arched saxo. Just wondering if anyone has seen this around Birmingham or know who this is?

Sounds like a very highly modified derv saxo. Theres pics of it on here somewhere, all custom pretty much had thousands and thousands spent on it
