is it cheaper on provisional or on a full uk driving lisence?

usualy cheaper on a provisional i think as there is always someone there with you...well supposed to be

It is usually cheaper on a provisional because your driving with somebody with you. (Instructor or experienced driver) The Insurers view is once your on your own your more likely to have an accident so the premnium goes up to reflect this.

it's cheaper on provisional cause one of your parents mum or dad or experienced driver is sat next to you, when your on your own it goes up.

With most companies it's cheaper on a provisional but a few companies are the other way round. I think Tesco insurance was cheaper on a full license when i had my crappy clio.

kk thanks, wats the rules on driving on provis, like how many years duz the person have to be driving for?

the person out with you needs to be 21 or over and have held a license for at least 3 years

normally its cheaper on provisional

as you are accompanied and dont drive it as much! debatable!

as above provisional seems to be cheaper than full u.k in some circumstances and not in others isurance is a pain in the arse to work out mate!!
