ive got the Nokia N95 and not impressed at all. Keeps switching itself off and all sorts. Re-installed the firmware and still no joy.

The new K850i looks quite impressive. Looking to get my N95 replaced under my mobile insurance if it keeps up and thinking bout getting this as a replacement.

I was all for the iPhone (if you chewck the thread on them a while back i defended it to my last breath!) but now that iv had a shot of one & seen the camera quality for myself im def not getting one, its a total abomination, will need to buy a pocket camera if i were to get one & just grit my teeth when im in the pub & cant send anyone bluetooth files!

Get an N95 & an iPod touch if you like the iPhone tbh, best of both worlds...

Have too agree. Got a k800i when they first came out and still got it now. Never had 1 problem with it, i always update to the latest firmware etc. I will always choose sony. :y:

Looks quite good actually. Really like my nokia's! The N81 is pretty expensive, although most new phones now cost a fortune! They also have a N82 which will have a 5MP camera with a carl zeis lens!

me mate has a e900 but the problem is that most slide phones have too many problems and with the e900 as its a touch keypad thing u have to be carefull u dont touch the wrong button

Stick the white, yellow and red plugs things in to your tv then the the other bit into your phone then turn your tv onto than AV channel then it should work .

I did it yesterday and it worked prefect...

Sorry if that dont make sence but i have forgot the names of the plugy things on the lead.

iPhone is loaded with old technology, a 2mpixel camera which has the same quality as the very first cameraphones... goot old noisy vga shots, no thanks.

It boasts having the best internet browser of any phone, shame is has a 5 year old connection speed similar to that of 56k, making it useless unless your in a wifi zone :err:

No bluetooth file transfers or bluetooth modem (although with the connection speed why would you bother using it as a modem :err:)

Apple have acctually fucked up the first release of the iPhone. Wait till next year when they sort out its massive short coming & release a phone capable of at least performing basic 3rd generation phone tasks. Then mess about with a fancy touch screen & an inbuilt 'ipod'

K800i is a great phone... was devastated when I lost mine!

Downgraded to the K750i (which was also very good) until my contract neared an end.

Now I have a K810i which is also a great phone.

So I would say anything in the Sony Ericsson 'K' family........ I don't think the K850i will be available on PAYG yet.
