there is no movement between them, but this submariner has actually been bought for it's actual purpose - commercial diving and has been used for it, where has yours has probably never gotten wet mate,

it was my dads watch, so i don't know where the paper work is i do know it was picked up from newcastle, in january 2006, besides i aint giving no number out :Y:

Indeed, it's just the model number (5 digit starting with a 12...).

Wasn't asking for the serial number because I'd never publish that on a pulic forum either because of all the fraudsters out there!

And you're right, mine has never seen water, in fact it very rarely sees the light of day nowadays cos I have a few watches from Next (!) that I prefer wearing

almost as quick as my metro

josh1989
1st November 2007, 12:20
anyway i've tried taking a different picture with a digi camera but the flash creates blur on the watch face

so just trust me it's real, it was bought for my dad as he's a professional diver for his 40th, he died 7 months afterwards, and so because they seay 'you never own a rolex, you just hold it for the next generation', it was handed to me, so please, it's quite upsetting and offensive to try and tell me it's fake, especially when i know it isn't

i take good care of the watch and take it into peers (rolex shop of blackpool) once a month for a good clean, and if it was fake it would have been reposessed by them
