How low can i go with springs only?

I've got 15's on ma car n a vt kit

and also what is the max possible lowering for springs using standard shocks? without wrecking my car obv

40/ 45mm i've told on standard shocks . But i might wrong .

yeh, anything over 50mm should get uprated shocks tbf, also the shocks improve the handling abit :)

you could go 70mm on standard shocks,but there is a chance the spring would dislocate from the shock which wouldnt be a pretty site,these springs are under immense tension!

don't worry m8 mine is 60mm and has been for sometime now and hats ok. even though i have just ordered my new eibach adjustable dampers

mmm but you have a VTR n so does that other guy, mines only a 1.1 so will that make a difference to my max possible lowering with srpings only?

M8..i got a 1.1 n i just lovered mine on 50mm sport springs...is awsum!!! no problems with mine!
