Iv heard that you cant claim these back anymore.... anyone know for sure?

Most banks have put a hold on any claims as there are 5 cases that are going to court. Some banks have said they wont process anymore until the outcome of the court cases. The highest profile is a case with HSBC and that might not be resolved for over a year or so. they will still process the cases though once court cases are done with.

No problemo buddy, helps having an Accountant for a Missus.... keeps her eye on banks etc
