stiff accelerator pedal

when ever i seem to accelrate away the pedal seem a bit stiff.

checked all the joint/connection. and cheeked throttle body and all seem fine.

ideas?

tke it off from the pedal get it lubed up and work it wiv your hand and if does not solve it you will most probs need new cable mate

mine was stiff when i first had the car, check for any kinks in the cable.
