anyone know a way of gettin em off without the actually thing??

mine has 3 pins to go into the nut to take it off, but when i rolled the car, the nut got lost, so i cant get the wheels off.

is there a way of getting them off, or are saxo nuts all the same??

rep for help :)

probablies be able to get another one from citroen if you provide your reg number and chassis number, but will only work if the nuts havent been changed over from new

you can buy a socket that removes lockin nuts not sure where you get them from other than snap-on

i heard something of a nut that has like loads of pins in, then when you push it onto the wheelnut, the pins go into the holes, so mouldin to the shape, andone know of these?

Theres normally a steel collar round the outside, chip down it with a cold chisel to remove it then bray a smaller socket onto the nut (17 milli if i remember right) then use a breaker bar and the jobs a good 'un. Failing that pop it into a back street garage and they should do it for you.

Saxo doesn´t use nuts on the wheels, all models use pins, like large screws. there are several sizes and forms that can be used in Saxo´s, that depends of the wheels youre using. about your problem, im not getting whats the problem. if the top of the screw fell off that screw doesnt old the tyre there anymore.

You can buy a socket from halfords for about £15 for removin them or buy a gaitor socket , thats the 1 with all the pins in . always worked for me

Just hammer a smaller socket onto that bit you say and should come off mate, aslong as they aren't on real tight!

Or a way I know works very well ...

Remove 3 non-locking nuts ... and snap the lock-nut in half by pulling the wheel on the opposite side to the nut!
