Hi,

Was wondering about what happened to my saxo and found this post - posted Nov 07.

I owned the car from September 2002 (was registered in March 02) and owned it until September 2007. I bought it in Harrogate and it lived in Edinburgh for most of it's life (where i bought my new car).

Spent quite a bit of cash on it in it's last years.

Did your friend buy it in the end? Do you know what happened to it?

aye hes still got it. what had you done to it???? when he bought it it was totally standard apart from filter.

Didn't do much to be honest, had good intentions when i first bought it, but after moving to Edinburgh i was too skint to do much to it.

Put the cotton green filter on it about two years after buying it - sounded brilliant, definately needed an exhaust to go with it. Changed the head unit to an Alpine one and put the 6x9's in the parcel shelf.

Has your mate got any pictures of it? Is it still standard?

a filter a cd player and some 6x9s is quite a fair bit of cash?

lol. its now lowered, green filter still. supersprint race system, de-wipered, black badges, black jewel rear lights, GTI interior, nice looking car tbh

Sounds like it would look like a different car, always wanted to put an exhaust system on it, just never got round to it.

Can your mate send a picture(s) over of it? I'll probably be able to dig out pics from when i first got it - bit of a before and after!!
