rite im gonna get my car dropped 40mm all round, gonna buy the springs myself as iv been told dropping a 1.1 40mm on standard shocks is fine.

so how much would i be looking at to have the torsion bar dropped 40mm and the springs to be fitted?

i paid £150 odd for shocks, dampers and torsion bar done. which is about right

if your just having springs and torsion bar then shouldnt be too much to be fair, getting new setup on mine so hoping it aint gone up :9
