i like to watch them they relax me specialy if attenborough is talking if i was a billionaire ide hire him to tell storys :panic:

i actually use sounds of the rainforest to put me to sleep at night lol

put ma pc headphones on and just drift away.

i like rainfall aswell. u can download loads of them.

stops u wanking all the time aswell, normally i need to lay one out to make myself sleepy.
