My saxo is dead.... another one gone!

im so mad!!!!
I was driving down a dual carriage way doing about 60 because there was roadworks... And some silly old man tries to overtake me on the inside and cuts in to soon! then Bang!!
He tried saying it wasn't his fault but i have about 6 or 7 witnesses saying otherwise.
The damage doesn't look to bad from the outside, but i took the bumper off and the chassis is F****D. so i guess its a write off!

similar thing happened to me, but he pushed me over onto a verge which then made my car take off.

Had a claim for injury's an car then went and got a vts.

Easy repair tbh. If you get the pannels repaired and welded it will be stronger than before:p

you think so? The mechanic said the whole cross membrane needs to be replaced, and the inner wing aswell

Yeah, cross member just comes off with a bit of unwelding, inner wing if it's not torn can be hammered straigh or replaced (just a bolt on item)

You just need to make sure when they replace the cross member they measure it properly where they weld it on otherwise the entire front end will sit skewiff and look like a tw@t. !

Unlucky mate you should buy the car back off the insurents and break it for parts if they write it off.At least your alright tho thats the main thing.
