few major problems

1. window wippers dont work - due to bonnet flying open and hitting them !!

2. all of a sudden my front headlights are so dim infact to dim whats causing this problem.

Check the window wiper fuse.. Are you sure the headlights are working, and its not that the main beams arent working, only the side lights?

Is your battery light coming on your dash? (Just making sure that its not the alternator?)

the main beam isnt workin..last week a bought a brand new switch from shitreon just under £70 so cant be that when i turn it for full beam its not getin brighter,

Not always the switch.. Good thing is there are so little components..

Check the fuses again.. this could be the problem.. check the bulbs.. and ESP. check the plug that plugs into the switch.. you must make sure that all of the connectors inside the plug are in place properly..

We had exact same problem with our V6 Mondeo and it turned out to be one of the connectors in the plug! :panic: :panic:

mate my bulbs are brand new and expensive the fuses are fine and everythings plugged in. think there must be a bad earth and the batterys not charging right goin to get it done tomorow hopfully

Yes took it to garrage the day it is the alternator.
