as above they have started squeeling when coming to a stop. they work fine and don`t need pads so whats wrong with them cause its doing ma nut. cheers

Probs need some copper or this thing that stops brakes squealing, called something like quiet discs, put that on back of pad and it stops it. I think its caused by a bit of water between the pad and disc

they squeal because of the vibrations between the carrier and pad, when changing your pads you should have lubed the pad back plates up with some copper slip/grease... would have eliminated this problem

i would think that would have been done cause i got a garage to fit them. they were fitted about 5months ago.

whack them off and apply some copper grease buddy

Make sure you didnt get a stone in the discs and grind a grove because that will also cause it to squeel. But as suggested just get some copper slick and apply liberally to the contacts points to the carrier on the pad

Also can be caused by a sticking slider. Ive never had a look at the breaks on mine or any Saxo but would imagine they have a sliders. If so take em out and clean them copper slip them and as above the contact on the pad to
