squeeking supersprint centre section

Hi all my centre section is squeeking ive tried to but a new fibre washer/ O ring but it wont fit. It seems that the pipe is to big (the end which joints to the manifold) any one had this problem or have a solution to the problem cheers Tom

I know a couple of people have welded the other ends together; i.e. the backbox and centre section end. Not sure if it can be done for the manifold end. Though I wouldnt advise it. Have you got an uprated manifold?

nah mate its a standard manifold it just seems the pipe is a few mm to big (diameter) than the washer

yeah, i found the standard one a touch to small, pop to your local exhaust place, they just did mine as they'll have a bucket load of different sizes mate.
