406 Brembos

Just bought some 406 brembos, as i need spacers, the 16mm ones, anyone know what size bolts i would need?

I have standard vts wheels.

Cool. Will go for 16mm hubcentric spacers as spencer_cammedvts got down to that amount!

Dont need to upgrade the MC although you can if you like.

Theres a brembos sticky in the brakes section, if you find out the length of bolts u need add it to the thread!

Im using the bolts which came with my 20mm spacers, even though the spacer has been trimmed a few mm the bolts would just poke out the backof the hub a little.

I read on one of the threads that someone bought 20mm spacers and had to machine them down 4mm, but i found some on Ebay that are already 16mm.

it says there that the spokes fit too close to the caliper so spacers are needed.

Just gotta find the wheel bolt size now.

ahh, yeah will be different with different alloys just a case of trial and error tbh

Yeh if your running with VTS wheels then you need spacers as the caliper will catch the the spokes of the wheel.

Spencer has measured the spacers as being a minimum of 16mm, much more than that though and the tyre will catch the wheel arches, i dont have many recent pics of my setup but when i first fitted my 20mm spacers this is how it looked:
