Internet phone problem

i've got an internet phone problem, hope someone can help me out.

i'm using skype and the phillips voip phone

it was all working fine until my yearly norton system works update ran out, i wasnt that impressed with it so changed to AVG, ZoneAlarm and Spyware terminator and uninstalled norton

now on the internet phone it says that "skype contacts unavailable" i've allowed skype and the phone on ZA but its still not working :wacko:

skype works on its own but not from the internet phone, so a link or something must be being blocked but aint got a clue what to do.

dont know if anyone has the know how on here but thought i would give it a go :y:

if za is not blocking it have a look at the windows firewall settings..

If i remember corectly you should turn off windows firewall if your using ZA I think they confilct!!
