using psp online

hi everyone

i want to connect up me psp online it manages to scan and find the stupid bt home hub and after typing what it needs it still wont go online

can anyone help me out or point me the right way ?

is your wireless connection wep enabled if it is you wont be able to connect to it without puttin the wep code into the psp

yeh mate thats done as i said it manages to get it all set up but wont go online ?
