lo all.

would like some help with what to say to my isp..

on the 21st October, i rang up, and mentioned how i keep getting connection faults during online game play, and short timing out of the line. its now the 27th of November, and it hasnt been sorted, and im wanting a refund for the last month.

this is what i have soo far.

"
My first correspondence to you about this problem was on the 21st of last October. It is now 26 November and i am still experiencing connection failures during normal internet use and online gaming. I have experienced problems with the line since I first hooked it up, however i only made a mention of it on the date of the first email, on the 21 October. The constant connection failures during all hours of day and night mean that i am not receiving the high quality "gaming" connection which i have paid for, and as a result of this I am now asking for compensation for this, in form of a refund for the month which has passed since my first complaint."

help me pls guys...

i have asked for when they expect the problem to be fixed, and if it is not fixed by then, i will send the email asking for refund.
