Mieran, how do you lower the car?

Cant quite figure it out, i thought about just cutting around the car with the lasso (sp) tool and moving it down, but then that would leave a gap at the top where it used to be.. Or do you just stretch it down abit? Any help muchly appreciated mate :y:

I use Macromedia Fireworks as i find it alot easier than photoshop, but if you shed abit of light on how you do it in photoshop i should be able to work it out in fireworks. Cheers mate :P rep waiting :P

get the pologon lasoo tool

Cut around the car and the scenery, control c, new layer, control ver move it down, but you have to miss the wheels out and follow the arches so that you not cutting the wheels, can do a shop if you so wish?

nah im experimenting with fireworks. Going back to college in december.. quit my job..

At college iv missed some units.. photoshop and flash.. dont have a clue how to do either.. Fireworks is miles easier imo..

So basically.. use the polygon tool to select everything other than the wheels... easier selecting the wheels then inversing the selection tbh.. then move everything down a little?

problem with sel;ecting the wheels and then inverting it is, you get the floor below the wheels, check out my tutorial i just knocked up mate might hlp a little!
