Upgrading brakes

ok im looking at upgrading my brakes as my standards have became shite over the last few weeks.

wats the best upgrade to go for abring in mind i drive a 1.1 and dont have masses of money at the moment?

go for the VTS/GTI calipers and discs then... should be some knocking about on ebay.

a set of 206 gti 266mms can be found inc discs from crappys for around a ton
