Is this possible without arch work? there will be 40's on the front and 45's on the rear

Put 40's on all round as you should do and you'll have absolutely no problems. I have none with mine

Sure it would still hit with 40's all round. BODVTS's was rubbing at 40mm with 45's. mines going down 60mm. even with 40's i would think it will still hit. please somebody correct me if im wrong

well mine will rub if theres a full load in the back going over speedbumps. thats not being lowered on 16's. it seeems to hit some sort of metal lip. does anybody know what the lip is for? has anyone had same problems?

You need 45 profile tyres on 15's on a Saxo so it makes sense to reduce the profile accordingly when you put a bigger rim on... Like its been said a 40 profile tyre would be better.

if you have bump stops in and get some decent arch work you wont get any scrubbing at all

am down 40 mm on 16s wi 40 mm rubber, not done any work on arches and only get rubbin if somes in he back.easy solution is no back seat passengers, lol!! speed bumps are a nightmare tho even wi small ones as center sections scrapes, plus some multi storeys are a no go:n:
