have a bad rattle at the mo was wondering what it could be.
just recently had my car lowered and thought it may be spring chatter but does not seem to be as the sus was taken back and fully checked over so might this be my prob.
Was wondering though mt rattle seems to come from beneath the car and only when i hit harsh bumps.
could you advise?

you mean rattleing or knocking?wisbones shouldnt rattle nor ball joints.
i wouldnt bother getting a new wishbone just because of a balljoint, buy a balljoint and go to a garage and ask them to press it out and put the new one in.5 minute job if its off the car that is.
