Hey there,

Just a quick one, where can I buy these from online? I think I have the ATE caliper.

Is there anything better I can buy for similar money? I know the VTR brakes are generally considered crap but I havent got the money to upgrade to 306 GTI ones and mine urgently need changing.

I got mintex pads and disks there pretty good.

Standard discs and pads from both eurocarparts & GSF come to about £65 delivered, Bit much tbh.

The above looks like a decent bet, £35 delivered and should easily last me into early next year when I'll change to 206 GTI brakes.

Get the mintex ones there what I have, they definately seem to bite better when you need them.

theyre a fookin bargain. Might have to invest soon. Theyre not really classed as a 'mod' by insurance are they? As theyre just OEM size bits of kit

Wrong discs as Vt* have vented not solid ones!!

Ordered the Mintex kit off eBay. It's alot cheaper than standard items off GSF, and being Mintex there bound to be better.
