help needed on pic

help guys new to this site and i cant work out how to put my own pic next to my name on the forum???
Any ideas being really blonde i expect.

if you've found a pic you want on the web:

right click and and go to properties,
then you'll see a small box come up with loadz of info in... half way down is the url which you need to highlight and ctrl+copy...
then paste in the reply box like you would post a pics with url in [ and ] at the start and end...
then highlight and ctrl+c that.. then go on http://www.sax-p.com/skins/sax-p/v3.1.1/coolblue/tabbar/inactive-profile.gifand go on public profile.... then on avatar and paste in the box under the list on pics... press preview to make sure it's worked... then go on save... then back to where ever you want!

if you haven't got a pic of the net which you want but it's on your pc... you'll have to upload it before you right click on it.... complicated it may seem but if you do it properly then it shud be quite easy the second time around!
