Cant log into Paypal, cant view my hotmail inbox, any idea why this is?

I'm on Vista mate.

I have never had or have any problems with logging into Hotmail or Paypal, so I say it's a browser/firewall issue. Is there a privacy feature on your anti virus?

i can turn all of them off and enable everything and it still doesnt work?!

By any chance did you download an update?

My lappy running Vista updated it'self and fubbered my browsers, had to system restore to get back on the tinterweb.

Not seen any updates go through, mind auto update is on, and no, not using Firefox, will give it a bash tonight though.
