what a set of wankers.
paypal took £13.50 for somthing on ebay, and it didnt go though cos of funds in my account. your now thinkin, that its odd if i dont even have £13.50 in my account, im an apprentice and dont get paid much.

anyway, I got a bank charge of £38 !!!!! fair enough, my fault.
then 2 days after that i topped my paypal balance up with £13.50 from my Alliance and leicester bank account, so i then had £0 cos of my -£13.50 balance before. and today, even though i restored my balance to £0, paypal have tried taking £13.50 again and it has bounced and o guess what, £38 AGAIN!
bank blame paypal, paypal blame bank? what do i do?
trading standards? its clearly paypal fault for taking the payment second time.
what do i do?

It probably wont be paypals fault as they want your money which you cant
provide? Basically they want you to put some £££ into your account.

Go into the bank and have a word, explain the situation and they may restore
the charges.

But mate just pay the money in ASAP else it will carry on causing you grief.

see if you can get an overdraft on your account. I would say pay the balance off straight away..not sure how Natwest do it..but you could end up getting double if they are anything like Yorkshire Bank.

Paypal's fault there as they shouldnt have tried to take it again without your consent the second time

Talk to natwest and appeal all charges dude
Did anyone see the Money Programme special where people have paid out like 4-5k in charges haha gutted

i think its standard practise for places to reapply for a returned debit. However i dont think the bank should have charged you £38 until after the second attempt. Thats the way it normally works with direct debits etc.
