na pretty easy learn the chords then learn to move the chords like to go from a to c etc then try to finger pick its quite hard but once you can do that you can do anything lol it took me about two weeks to learn

I've played for the last 5/6 years.
I wouldn't say it's easy to pick up, you just need to practice loads!
Would you say your musical?

Since buying me acoustic i play it alot more than the electric. Find it easier to write on it tbh. Then transfer it onto electric.
Just learnt apologise (sp) by timbaland :)

yep, played for the last 5 years and as Danr says, quality for relaxation, when you know how to play 'em!
Takes quite abit of practice, but when you know what your doing, well then the jobs a good 'un!
Acoustics are an easier first guitar imo because you dont have to spend out on the amp and decent lead, and the acoustic takes up less space, but then its all about what kind of songs your gonna want to play :y:

Agreed that acoustic is a better starter. Can still play along with alot of songs as well.

as above learn on the acoustic it will help develop finger strength and bit hard skin on your finger tips to stop tehm hurting:P
electric is easier on the fingers but i learned on acoustic before buying an electric and im glad i did it that way
