Peeps,

Some of you will by now have seen the FCS 2005 banner floating at the top of the page... plans are underway for Saxperience attending this event! smileys/smiley14.gif

The French Car Show is being hosted at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground once more, which is an excellent venue!

A Saxperience Show area has been booked and I am keen to record details of members who are interested in displaying their Saxo's on the Saxperience stand!

The online ticket booking facility should appear within the next few weeks - I will keep you updated. There's currently no rush to purchase tickets, as the event isn't until Sunday the 29th May. Tickets can also be purchased via telephone or via the postal service.

Check out this article for further information... (http://www.sax-p.com/community/partners/show-article.asp?artid=101)

I look forward to your feedback...

Simo'

SaxoAL
24th January 2005, 06:10
Absolutely.. Thats what alot of people from further away will be doing. and its alot easier and better for you to have a rest, rather than doing a long drive then being out all day the the show lol

Simo

Last year was a nightmare... only arriving at the hotel at 3am!

David, i'd be pleased to have your C2 on the stand again this year if you're up for it smileys/smiley2.gif

C2_VTR
24th January 2005, 06:44
I have to think about it... would like to but kinda wanna do something else to it before I display it again!!! I've not modded it since then.... oh wait.... does a dent classify as a mod? lol smileys/smiley4.gif

Would not be going to a hotel this time around though so would only meet up in the morning.

[edit:] Simo remember how mine wouldn't start when it was time to go home? I think I may remember a reason for that...

Simo
24th January 2005, 06:45
OK, let me put it another way....

You could be smileys/homme.gif and park in the wee smelling side field.

OR

You could be smileys/smiley16.gif and park your car on the sax-p stand

It will be fun to see how many people turn up for it this year! Last year there was a lot of people saying they were going and then about half showed up, but all of us who showed up agree that it was a really good day (minus the sunburn eh Scott!!! smileys/smiley4.gif ).

The travelodge in leicester is a lot bigger with places around you to get food (beer) and such but you have a parking fee for the stay, something like £4.50 or summat.

The other one is just very quiet and not very big either! Not to mention further away from the fcs ground.
