what tyre profile?

i'm thinkin of buyin' a 14" lightwheels, and i'm just wondering what tyre profile do you recommend?
i'm going to lower it too, just dont know when...

scott whats the lowest profile tyre u can have on 15's???really done no weather to go 15" or 16" as i want to keep it low!

think the lowest made is 195/45 (in that width) though never really looked into it it is possible that there maybe a 195/40 tyre but i cant see it
