hi everyone

me mate just called me to say his insurance documents just turned up and wow they are just superb lol

he is 18 and has been put down as a second driver while his dad is the main driver and policy holder, he took the quote online with me at gocompare.com and the first company to come up was the aa group with total sum of 3 hundred and something.

well he was happy with everything and went threw the whole thing and he got a call confirmed everything made his dad pay using credit card and when the insurance certificate turned up the dad and son are same age he just called the aa back and they said they going to listen to the call and might take a few days so whats going on here the quote was saved online he supplied em with the policy number that was on the site so all the info should have come up on the screen why did they add both dad and son the same age and how fecking dumb can they be his dad didnt have him in his belly or sumthing while he was born lol

so whats going to happen next does anyone know ?

bit stupid that is thinking the dad is the same age, perhaps they will change the certificate for him or refund some money.

if it is the later you can be assured they will jack the price up and make up some crap how they are not responsible.
