EDIT: My bad thats for XP but I found this...

I've been told the same thing from HP that there will not be a driver update for Vista users to support existing HP 450c plotters. I've already got my county government to switch over to Oce because they seem to have better service. And I'm going to be looking into Oce for my own business plotter.

So looks like you can't get them for Vista

Had a quick look and seems there isn't one for Vista, Seems HP haven't made them, maybe its a dis-con model or oldish and HP printer..
