Just off the phone to Quinn, to move from my VTR which is valued at £2500 on the policy, down to a 1.0 Citroen AX Elation, valued at £400, I save the grand total of......
£27 quid a month :n:
How the hell does that work?! Far more powerful car and valued a lot more, for £30 quid extra a month?!

Hit the nail on the head!
Its crap, im paying more than the AX is worth! I just want to run down the last few months of my policy and have a more powerful car in the garage to insure when the policy is up, as Quinn wont insure me over a 1.6/110hp.

yeah mate its the same kind of thing for me (not as bad mind you)
its about 600-750 quid for a year to insure a 106gti/306gti-6 but still about 500 odd to insure a 1.0litre AX weird!!

Yeah Quinn Direct are absoloutley retarded, insured on a 1.2 corsa first quote wtih no NCB £660 thrid party FF
2 years later i move to another area which is level A as low as it gets! and when my renewal quote came through it was higher than my first year and that is with 2 years NCB, where is the logic in the Quinn Direct?.... :n:
