Ok, i got a quick question!!
If i wanted to lower my furio by -40, is it just a swop of the springs and thats it?
Or will i need to buy new shocks or anything??

Depends... Just buying springs is the cheapest way. Depending on which you get, they will be around £70 for the two...
You can change the shocks and all that too, which is an all round better set up. These can cost around £200. This depends on the amount you wish to spend again.

Spax are good, I have an adjustable kit 60mm, very good for the money, only cost £175. Springs would be about £60

Try kamracing's website for suspension set ups.
You will also have to adjust the rear torsion bar.

Back is torsion bar not springs. so it only for two springs and no it won't rub
