whats the difference between 40gig ps3 and 60gig one thinking of getting one after xmas

60gig has backwards compatabily, more usb ports etc.. 20gig more space and ive herd they break more too :S

cant say i was impressed by the graphics when i saw one playing on pcworld the other day.
not suprised leckie sold his so quickly.

I think it is now! My boss has spent all week trying to get a 60gig one! He did eventually but he struggled

The 20gb PS3 does not have wireless. the 60gb and 40gb version does.
The differance between the 40gb and 60gb, is obviously the space, the 40gb does not have BC.
and there is 2 usb ports on the 40gb, and 60gb has 4, and the 40gb does not have the memory card reader.

I think ALL consoles should come with 2 controllers as standard.....annoys me when you have to fork out 30-40quid extra....for a 2nd one

Agreed, and getting a Wii controller is proving to be a right nightmare!

I think the 80gig is asia and usa only, I think there bringing out a 20gig for europe though, dont see the point like, I have the 40 gig, has 2 usb ports instead of 4, dont know many ppl who would use four anyway the control charge lasts about 2 weeks.

Although i am thinking of upgrading the harddrive, then i will have a 250gb version. lol.

80gb's are realeased after Crimbo as the console will already be just under a year old here...
Getting a white 120gb when they come out early next year in Japan
