Now as you may know the standard VT archs are usually falling off because of the way they are held on! The little plastic clips just dont do enough!

Just wanted to know if any1 else has had the same problem and if so what they have used to help hold on there VT bodywork?

My mate has used Mastic on his but im not 110% sure on what mastic is or were to get it from, what do you guys think?

cheers :y:

i dont know where the mastick would go but you could always get the arches smoothed into the bodywork so they are one peice.
guessing with the mastick he has run a bead around the top of the arch, not sure though and think it would look gash close up

Tigerseal works as well as anything.

Apparently theres some new stuff available now too that will set in minutes and is an absolutely solid fit. Need to find out the name for it

were bouts along the arch would you put it though because the only place that has contact with the wing of the car is a very small lip

and you dont want it showing

you would need to put a few big blobs of tiger seal on the wing under the arch and then tape it in place while it dries
