All joking aside,

Nob jockeys panic buying down south... I went to go see my girlfriend and borrowed my grans corsa. Stopped off at shell on the way back, no normal unleaded so had to fill a shitty 1.2 up on v-power at 1.11pence per litre - Cloud not impressed to say the least.

I fill my vtr on v-power up north at 1.04p.. but I do not care enough for a shitty corsa that drives like a jellybean.

So just stop it.. your costing me money.

the protest is already in the go ahead... and is doing something apparently. I'm sorry but I don't believe the person who posted the original post. Until sufficent proof is supplied I refuse to believe this.

Almost as bad as the C4;)

I don't care if the price of petrol goes up tbh, I'll just drive more economically (economical = take out more weight from the car - oops, there goes the dash!)

the saxo would roughly do that, if she topped up £48 im guessing she had just over 50litres in the car, when i had around 40litres in the vtr i got around 400miles, now if i had 50 id be getting around 500 litres anyhow so its not far off, +most onboard computers are cack couple short cold short journeys and itl be way off

People complain but nothing ever happens. IMO petrol will cost what it costs. It's not going to stop changing and there's not much point in moaning.

I know mate, no road markings aswell. Thought my saxo was going to shake itself to bits with the state of the road. Tesco is REALLY gona kill the main street (I know its been dead for years).

They keep putting petrol prices up to stop us buying the stuff i.e. take public transport to work.
I would easily do that if I didn't have to get up at 5 in the morning to get the first bus, start at 8 finish at 4, get the half 4 bus, home by half 6. That is one long day! and I'd be about £15 lighter. Where as in the Saxo I'll only use £5-£7 a day commuting so its cheaper to drive.

yeah me too i whacked a really deep hole on the road next to the sports centre really should have something covering it, i actually shed a tear when the saxo went over it :n:

your maths skills are a bit kak tbh, at an average of £1.05 a litre and say she had 10 litres in the car when she filled up, it's £60 to get 40 more litres!
