watching 'The Garage' the other day and they said that its 12-14 to do a clutch on a F430, crazy!
(all my mechanical knowledge is from that programme, dont believe any of my advice)

thats because there paddle shift i think, gotta take the engine out of a midengined car, swap clutch then repressurise the sequential shift.
the subaru WRC team do he same in 30 mins lol

on the 430 you dont need to take the engine out, the box is @ the rear so can just take that off and get into the clutch.;)

What way do u lot change the clutch on a saxo drop the box? on some cars its easier and sometimes a tad quicker to take engine out as there sometimes no space to get in my 1.1 beast needs it doing but cant really be arsed.

i fitted my twin plate clutch by myself.
took about 10hrs by myself, in the car the first time lol
only time my dad helped, was to chop 5mm off the ap racing bolts that hold the cover on. re fitted it, only for the thing to be jammed solid, turns out my dad had not chopped one of the bolts and it was too long!! lmbo, hence how long it took.
next time round, was only a few hours.
peice of cake to do now, i never had a clue the first time ;)
