Airbag Light Flashing??

Hey Guys, ive recently bought my VTR and it has Bucket seats in. The Airbag light is flashing on my dash and after a while stays on constantly, the lad i bought it off said this is because of the bucket seats as the plug is not plugged in anymore.

will this affect my airbag if i had a crash and is here anything i can do about this!

there is a guide you wire a resistor in or sumthin

thanks for that mate, but if i was to leave it will my airbag still go off lol

think so mate but i honislty dont know but for the sake of 2 * 10p resistors id do it

You say you got buckets? Are you using the standard seatbelts?
Also if the airbag light is on then the none of the airbags will go off in the event of an accident
