[TU-Tuning]

This is for those of you that have written off a car, whether it was your fault or not. How do you feel about your current car, do you miss the old one sometimes? I used to drive this

Think i prefer the furio, but I miss the old car as it was the first car i had and It meant a lot to me even though the alloys were curbed to fook and it had dents here and there. Not sure what Id do if someone drove the westcoast all repaired up my drive and dangled the keys in front of me though.

I miss my saxo loads, it wasnt a write off but it makes it worse to know someone is going to be driving about in my hard work and money, i wish id kept it now and got it fixed myself, i like my new car but id swap it anyday to have the saxo back

bought my 03 plate vtr. on icelandic grey, i loved it, but didnt have it long enough to fully fall for it...

lost it on a muddy corner, span backwards into a ditch, then rolled ass over tit a few times, slid on the wheels, then went for a roll sideway

bit of a cunt that where i rolled it, went down a hill, so actually kept rollin quite abit.

not a scratch on me though :) but i did get hit in the face by my dvd player, which i bought that day, and i lost it :(

I love my old car that i wrote off. (Non-Fault Accident).

Got money back for it and bought a newer and better running vtr, but i'd swap it any day for my old one.

My god, thats mad. I been in two 'bumps' in a saxo. I'd say 20mph max and they still damaged them lol. Any other car wouldn't leave a mark.

my sister went head on with some chavit in her ford ka, didnt even damage the ford, scrached the plastic, thats it, wrote the chavits corsa off.

Ford KA's are indestructable tbh

Lol, it's mental. One of the crashes can't off been more than 15mph into the back of an estate in a hill, going up. The bonnet creased up and couldn't open it. Tis mad.

I remember seeing a thread once actually on here with a quicksilver that crashed into the back of a car, the quicksilver was pushed right back. The car, not even a dent on it. lol

Only car I've written off so far was my mums R reg 1.1 metro. Did it about 4/5 years ago. Had windy windows, no power steering and was basically a heap of crap...so no, I don't miss it :P

Only one person in car.. he still cant use his right arm and that was 6 months ago..
The only part of the car that was ok was engine and drivers door.. Oh and thats the good pics..
That was the out come of a saxo hitting an other car at 60. Some dick was overtaking round a blind bend and my mate met him on wrong side of road..

I have had 2 write offs.

A punto, 10minutes afer passing an MOT, a car (saab 9000 iirc) hit me whilst i was stationary at 60!
Cost: 750 Insurance Claim/compo etc: 1785

A corsa, hit a pole coming off my mates drive. what a twat! axel snapped, rad blew!
cost: 500 didnt claim, my fault!
