Hi all..
Looking to change my Furio Speedo for a VTR one.
Are they the same (Hence no point changing), or are they different?
Its a Mk2 Digital one if that helps.

Also, if i had a VTS one with the extra guage, would it work straight off, or what would i need to wire in?

What do the speedo and rev counter go to on the R ones as opposed to the Furio?

The car will have an R engine, so i take it all sensors will be right on the engine for an R Speedo - I have an old style R Speedo, would this plug and play temporarily?

Cheers
David

wrong section, but the S clocks would need wiring in, and as for the R clocks with the R engine, should pretty much go straight in i would think

Not sure on the R Clocks though, as aren't they Analogue and wired differently?

Someone once said S Clocks would work, all apart from the oil temp (i think) Guage, which would need wiring in?

You would be best sticking with the furio clocks if not best changing the dash loom along with clocks. Means there is no Fooking about with wires when toy change engine..

the vts clocks wont work you would need to wire the extra sensors up..

Ah fair play.
So Furio clocks are the same as R Clocks then?
ie speedo goes up to the same, and rev counter goes up the same? cos surely otherwise they would be innacurate if i used my clocks with an R engine and sensors?

I used r clocks when i made my old vtr 16v the speed was spot on as much as i can be for being french. All other warning lamps and clocks worked fine.. Only thing is the 16v revs a 1000rpm more so you just went well past the red line..

What dose the furio rev to?? Think the vtr revs to 7200rpm i think cant mind if thats the vtr or vts could be wrong tho....
