Grr people are just dumb fucks i swear!

Was going round this minish round about where you can either go left or straight on or back around... Anyways we were in the right hand lane to go straight on, and this car was in the left lane to turn left.

Got to the roundabout we carried on to go ahead and car in left lane all of a sudden carried on going straight, pushing us into the roundabout then ended up hitting the side of there car...

Bit of Rushy Diagram...

The woman hadnt a clue nor did she look in the mirrors , just carried on driving and eventually about 600 yards down the road stopped. Her BF got out, and started yelling at me mum like..

Swapped details ect but whilst mum was giving him her details the woman driving said she dont know her insurance and wasnt sure if she had it.. The guy then abrubtly corrected her and said course she had. Now we have there details and what not.. and that it was me mums fault anyway so they arent to blame.

Mum is a lil concerned now because if they havent got insurance then going to be costly to fix the car, it pulled the fog light socket out and took paint down to plastic on the bumper and its scratched all the way down.

Now we contacted police.. and they said nothing they can do, cant check to ensure details are correct and they cant check and tell us if they have any insurance due to data bloody protection.

So mums going to ring insurance and see what they say because surely she is allowed access to this info. Bit pissed off with the police.. as if it was someone on the phone whilst driving they would want to know straight away grrrrrrrrrr!

I just take them at 90mph, imagining they are a rally stage. When the car horns go off i pretend they are supporters with the loud hooter thingys.

tbh i have had a few middle aged women do it to me, same situation, they have stopped next to me at lights, got out and shouted at me, i then put them in place with my pimp stick and point out they are wrong and beat them like whores!

i would have held my hands up and said sorry if i was to blame, but she cut across 2 lanes nearly killing everyone!

Should of phoned the police at the time of the accident, Your kinda screwed now if she doesnt have insurance and has given false details.

you can claim from the Motor Insurance Bureau, though that does take a long time afaik.
See, I had a sound copper at the civil desk thing you get at police stations, I was talking to him regarding the other driver, and he says well i cant actuually tell you if the are insured.... ill be back in 2 minutes.....
He cam back and said, without telling you anything i cant, youll be ok ... so there is ways.
But it was obviously there fault due to lane markings stating left lane for left turn only

Coudlnt ring them as my mobile was dead, and mums had no signal as orange is shite for signal round here...

Nothing could havebeen done it was mid of nowhere, mum has said that she wants them prosecuting if not got any insurance and they said she will have to callin again and sort that out..

So its alright saying should have rang them at the time it was pointless they do fuck all anyway, Unless it was a mayjor accident which it wasnt.

Mums on phone to insurance company now to see what they say

I feel it would be pretty hard to get a 40 ft wagon round a roundabout using just one lane mate.

Aimee, thats a bummer. Have you got any pics of the damage?
