Windscreen Washers

Hello everyone. This is my first post as I have just bought a littles Saxo for my son and have encountered a wee problem.
When I try to use the rear washer the front washers work. Anyone had this sort of problem? Could it be the pump?

Pump removed. Tried to blow through the 2 nozzles. 1 ok, the other blocked. Thanks for the pointer.
