My mums had a rough time recently and its her bday soon so I wanna get her a day at a spa. Had a look round on the net and the informations kinda crap.

Also some are talking about colonic irrigation which isnt what im after, im thinking more lying in a tub of mud with cucumber on her eyes than being anal probed by some swedish bloke. Has anyone been on/bought one fo these before? How much are they etc? Cheers

ben, you can buy them in places like john lewis etc, they do them in those gift experience things like you get for rally driving and white water rafting etc.

There are loads of placed that do spa days, and to be honest your best starting point would be the bigf hotel chains with health club franchises

Depending on how much your looking to spend, can range from 100-240 a day lol.. quite expensive as i brought my mum one for her bday! There good though she loved it
