hey was wonderin if any of you could help me, iv been using my old sony ericson k800 until i get my new phone however my fone has been workin fine up until last night where the writing went like times new roman and missing loads of words i dont know what to do can anyone help please :hug:

Never had that issue Laura, I know it sounds daft but have you tried turning
it off and on.
A lot of the K800i issues clear up once you press that magic button :p

lol yeah iv tried that, changed the sim, and master reset next try throw it up the wall and see what happens

these new phones are crap nowadays, my n95 is about as much use as a kick in the balls. got my old 3310 out last night put my sim in it and it never missed a beat (ie. i can actually send and receive calls and texts!) :panic:

Laura iv got exactly same problem i turned it off on new yrs day cuz fort i wasnt recievin txts. Turned back on, and cant make out anything. Just odd letters ye?? I had it sent back to Sony just over a month ago, so i updated the software again last nite as fort it would fix it, but no change :( Have u fixed urs yet?

i am, its already been back to sony, fixed come back now a different problem. problem with sending back is its not quick

You are lol, only problem I found with SE is that the connection to the charger and usb leads is awful.

lucky, iv had to resort to my samsung ( the really thin one) got it off a x for £20 and was pretty much new lol. i dont no what to do about my sony now, avent got long till upgrade but so bloody annoying.

my m8 was looking at getting that or the f700 if thats rite, didnt u not like that thow??

yeh had that one it sucked kept ringing everyone and the pic quality was shocking

orite not gd then. im not sure what to get next, everyone has the k850i now and i avent herd of any new ones coming out. my m8 has the w910i and the camera isnt the best. going to speak to sony again later see if they know how to fix this problem

mines starting playing up now,, just randomly freezes whilst going through phone book or videos

got a good 10 months trouble free use out of it , so not all bad
new phone is on the cards i think.

tried my k800i again today still a piece of crap put it in the airin cupboard but now its completey died all my pics are gone now :(

iv had quiet a few problems with mine but only after a yr of having it. i was in a awesome car show room today with a buggati for sale for 1.2 million, got pics on my shitty samsung just wish i had my sony :(

Had my K800i for a year and a few months, another 3 months until contract expires, its been very good overall, and provided the settings are done right, the camera is brilliant, bluetoothed the piccies up on the laptop and were virtually the same as my mate's new 5MP Samsung G600.

Once had some issues with it but Mater Reset and its been fine since.
