nokia n95 8gb vs lg viewty

i got a nokia n95 8gb for crimbo

now his had a fiddle around wiv me fone and i been threw his please note both fones have the 5 megapxel camera

he said the n95 8gb looks shite not much different from original and features are the same

i reckon the viewty doesnt look bad but its like a prada just different software and camera nothing big !!!!! (thats what i think)

so whats ur lots opinions on these both and how many of u on here have the n95 and how many have the viewty ?

I have the N95 silver, 8gb memory card instead of onboard, Brilliant phone, Battery isn't too bad if you don't hammer it, Comes with an incar charger anyway :)

I was offered the N95, Viewty and iPhone on O2....

I'd never have a Nokia N95 after reading the pages of complaints and grumbles about the software being slow, the phone crashing, not being able to cnnect to O2 network etc etc...

I wouldn't waste my money on a glorified IPod

I chose the Viewty, but not impressed with the camera quality - like the touch screen too!

found a some good offers on T-Mobile for the Viewty which i think i may go with...

£30 Flextext Tariff, £180 allowance, 18 month contract with an upgrade on the 12th month..

tbh i quite like it, imo not £350s worth of phone though,he paid £300 for the phone then went n got talked into buying a memory card for another £50 :homme:

id rather have it over a nokia,hate them now since they chnaged all the softwhere on them etc shite

im going for one of the new se phone soon,thats all i will buy from now on,nothing compaired to them imo for ease of use etc

was gonna go for a k850i but they have some tastly looking stuff comeing out over the next month so il hang on,either get a new oneor get a k850 for about £80 less lol

used to have a n95 when they first came out. not bad phones but the battery was pretty ding. did you have to software update yours? my mate did cause his kept crashin. just dont get a k850! on my 3rd one in the space of 4 weeks :wall:

i had the original n95 which i think was awesome too but the n95 8gb looks way better would have been a lauff if it had a memory card slot could have made it a 16gb lol but that aint happening !

mike firstly i admit the original n95 didnt give me probs and i heard ppl had problems with the camera not working and phone showing full networks bars but not able to call or do anything like connecting

and the viewty i reckon just looks cool but it can never come close to the n95 8gbs camera as i got a feeling the viewty isnt even a 5 megapixel looks like a 3 lol and i hate touch screens !

dude im using a viewty myself atm and i gotta say the camera on a n73 which is 3.2 megapixel is better so n95 8gb ftw !!!!!

got the 8gb N95 black the weekend. Love it tbh.

hopefully going to get the rotateME software on it soon. it's sick it's like the iphone (when you rotate the phone it changes the screen etc.)

had no problems with it as yet, battery is ok i think so long as you turn the bluetooth off and the brightness and turn the wifi scanner off etc. you dont need all the functions running while your not using the phone just turn them on when you need it. had the phone last from all day sunday from the morning till today and still hav about half battery left.

I have the N95 which im happy with for the time being. Only small gripe i have with mine is it keeps losing the function to vibrate when you recieve calls or messages. The only way i have found to fix it is by turning it off and taking the battery out and then replacing it back. Plus it also randomly resets itself but i can live with that.

Looks the best, and all I'd use it for is sending texts and making calls.
Therefore iPhone is the winner for me.

N95 ftw without a doubt. The stats on the i-phone look pretty rubbish, not my cup of tea. Havent had any probs with the N95, brilliant phone.
