zetec s vs vtr

Just been on the zsoc because was considering getting a zetec s as ive already had a vtr,but dont worry ive now come to my sences and am getting a vtr.when i had my vtr before i could beat a zs off the lights easy but how shirty do they get on there when u ask wat is faser a vtr or zs lol.and none would admit a vtr was faster,just thought id mention it as i found it amusing lol.

Also zs only have drums on rear whereas vtr has discs all round.

I would go for the zs for build quality and the looks are growing on me.

But up to you at the end of the day.

Ive got a zetec S... had a saxo, and a 106 and driven a vtr on several occasions...

I much prefer the fiesta... the build quality is much better and the way it drive seems better... The speed isnt the best, but on the motorways it easily overtakes...

As for acceleration, the ZS will get the VTR from about 60MPH, but it won't ever get the VTS!

i drive my mates and my mrs's zetec s on a regular basis,

find the steering feels detached,
feels fat and old for having a 16v lump
handling imo is pretty much pants compared to the saxo

Prefer my saxo any day even if it is made like cheese :P

i would get the zetec s

they have the potential for all round coilovers, and upper and lower strut braces front and back

Plus if you get bored and some cash, you can fit a Ford Racing Puma 1.7 liter engine.
