Help, knockin noise in 1st

Hey, i have just being to town and back and when im in first gear i am gettin one like 'bang' sort of noise, a loud knock from what sounds like under my car, any ideas? Thanks

i had this... it ended up it was my exhaust that was hitting the torsion bar (standard one too) get some one to shake the exhaust and sit in the car and see if its the same sound
