Im not planning on being a pirate just want to make copies of dvd's my little brother has so if he scratches them we have spares hes only 6 lol.

I have the but i need to copy media from a dvd to my comp then to another dvd not create the material first

I don't understand. Use UTorrent to get a software package for writing to DVDs...

download DVD decrypter its free, it copies DVDs so you can make copies and burn them to disk
