clunking noise!!

i have a clunking noise on my steering wen nearly on full lock like wen comin out of a parked space.
want to know wat may be the problem?

Sounds like a driveshaft or cv joint. the same sort of things happens to mine and have been told that he cv joint is fuckod :panic:
